Violations may result in immediate suspension of access and, where applicable, legal action.

1. PROHIBITED CONTENT & BEHAVIOR

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Avuix© Games:

Illegal Activities

• Distributing, accessing, or transmitting illegal content of any kind
• Engaging in fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other criminal activities
• Circumventing geographic restrictions in violation of applicable law

Hate Speech & Harassment

• Engaging in hate speech, discrimination, or content that demeans individuals based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or national origin
• Harassing, stalking, threatening, or intimidating any individual or group
• Encouraging violence or harm against any person or group
• Bullying or cyberbullying other users

Malware & Harmful Code

• Introducing, uploading, or transmitting viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, spyware, adware, or any other malicious code
• Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any computer system, network, or service
• Conducting denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
• Engaging in phishing, social engineering, or other deceptive tactics

Spam & Exploitation

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or junk mail
• Exploiting security vulnerabilities in the Service or in third-party games
• Scraping or harvesting data from the Service without written permission
• Conducting unauthorized advertising or marketing on the platform
• Collecting personal information of other users without their consent

2. GAME-SPECIFIC RULES

When playing games on Avuix© Games, you agree to:

• Fair Play: Play games fairly and as intended by the game developer. Do not use cheats, hacks, or exploits to gain unfair advantages.
• No Game Abuse: Do not attempt to manipulate game logic, leaderboards, or scoring systems through unauthorized means.
• No Automated Play: Do not use bots, macros, or automation tools to play games without human input.
• Respect Developer Intent: Games are provided for entertainment. Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile game code is prohibited.
• No Content Modification: Do not attempt to modify, replace, or interfere with game assets, scripts, or functionality.

3. CONTENT REMOVAL PROCESS

Avuix© Games respects the rights of game developers and content owners. If you are a game developer or content owner and wish to request removal of your content from our platform:

1. Email us at avuixofficial@gmail.com with the subject line "GAME REMOVAL REQUEST"
2. Include the name of the game, URL or identifier, and your relationship to the content
3. Provide proof of ownership or authorization to request removal
4. Describe the specific reason for removal (copyright, inaccuracy, outdated content, etc.)

4. PROXY REMOVAL REQUESTS

If you operate a proxy service listed on Avuix© Games and wish to be removed, or if you have concerns about a proxy listed on our platform:

1. Email avuixofficial@gmail.com with subject line "PROXY REMOVAL REQUEST"
2. Identify the specific proxy service by name and URL
3. Explain your relationship to the proxy (owner, security researcher, affected party)
4. Provide any supporting documentation for your request

We take proxy-related concerns seriously, including security, privacy, and legal issues. All requests are reviewed and responded to within 24–48 hours.

5. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS

Depending on the severity of the violation, consequences may include:

• Immediate suspension or permanent ban from the Service
• Reporting of illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities
• Civil legal action for damages caused by violations
• Cooperation with investigations by law enforcement agencies
• Removal of any content or features associated with the violation

Avuix© Games reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations and take appropriate action at its sole discretion.

6. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you witness or experience a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously and investigate them promptly.

When reporting, please include:

• Description of the violation
• URL or page where the violation occurred
• Date and time of the incident
• Any supporting screenshots or evidence
• Your contact information (optional, for follow-up)

7. FAST RESPONSE POLICY

Avuix© Games is committed to responding quickly to all legitimate requests and reports. Our standard response time is 24–48 hours for all inquiries, including:

• Content and game removal requests
• Proxy removal requests
• Abuse reports and policy violations
• DMCA and copyright claims
• Security concerns and vulnerability reports

For urgent matters involving immediate safety risks or active harm, we prioritize those reports and aim to respond as quickly as possible.
