6. Physical or Electronic Signature:

   A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

2. HOW TO SUBMIT A DMCA CLAIM

Send your DMCA notice via email to our designated copyright agent:

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24–48 hours
• Review the complaint to determine whether it meets DMCA requirements
• Take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the alleged infringer (if applicable)

3. RESPONSE PROCEDURES

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, Avuix© Games will:

1. Acknowledge receipt of the notice
2. Review the notice for completeness and compliance with DMCA requirements
3. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly
4. Notify the content provider or user who posted the material (if identifiable) that the content has been removed
5. Maintain records of the notice and our response in accordance with applicable law

If the notice is incomplete or does not meet DMCA requirements, we may request additional information before taking action.

4. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCESS

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must include:

1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware
5. Your physical or electronic signature

5. GAME OWNER RIGHTS & REMOVAL

If you are a game owner or developer and believe your game has been listed on Avuix© Games without authorization or in violation of your intellectual property rights:

• You may submit a DMCA notice as described above, or
• You may contact us directly at avuixofficial@gmail.com with subject "GAME REMOVAL REQUEST"
• Include the game name, URL, and proof of ownership or authorization
• We will process removal requests within 24–48 hours

6. PROXY COPYRIGHT ISSUES

If you have copyright concerns related to proxy services listed on Avuix© Games:

• Note that proxy services are independently operated and not developed by Avuix© Games
• For copyright issues with content accessed through a proxy, contact the proxy service operator directly
• If you believe a proxy service itself infringes your copyright, contact us at avuixofficial@gmail.com
• We will review proxy-related copyright concerns and remove listings if appropriate

7. AVUIX© DISCLAIMER FOR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Avuix© Games operates as a gaming portal and aggregator. We link to and embed games hosted on third-party servers. We do not:

• Create, develop, or host the games themselves
• Control the content of third-party games
• Have direct access to the files of third-party games
